No. Vendors are independent third-party service providers. You are responsible for your own business, staff, premises, service delivery, legal compliance, taxes, licences, and operations.
By listing on PawketPlace, your business becomes part of a growing pet care ecosystem where pet owners can discover trusted services more easily. We help increase your visibility through your vendor profile, service listings, reviews, community engagement, and selected campaigns or recommendations within our network. This helps you build credibility, reach more pet owners, and convert interest into bookings through the PawketPlace platform.
No. There is currently no upfront fee to join PawketPlace. PawketPlace works on a success-based model — we earn when you earn. A 15% referral fee applies to each completed or chargeable booking made through the Platform. For online payments, standard Stripe payment processing fees may apply. These are third-party payment gateway fees and are kept separate from PawketPlace’s referral fee for transparency. A booking may still be chargeable if the user cancels late, no-shows, or if payment is retained under PawketPlace’s booking policy.
If the user cancels late, requests late rescheduling, fails to attend, or arrives too late for the service to be reasonably provided, the booking may be treated as chargeable.
Yes. PawketPlace may withhold or delay payout where there is an ongoing dispute, refund request, chargeback, suspected fraud, incomplete service status, customer complaint, compliance issue, or breach of agreement.
Yes. PawketPlace may suspend, restrict, hide, downgrade, review, or terminate a vendor account where necessary to protect users, pets, platform integrity, service standards, payment integrity, or PawketPlace’s reputation. Triggers may include serious complaints, pet safety concerns, suspected negligence, misconduct, repeated poor reviews, excessive 1-star or 2-star ratings, cancellations, no-shows, refund issues, misleading listings, fake reviews, fraud, or failure to cooperate with investigations.
Vendors should maintain all licences, permits, approvals, certifications, and insurance reasonably required for their business and services. PawketPlace may request proof where relevant.
Yes. Vendors may be invited to participate in community events, educational campaigns, co-branded initiatives, promotions, or Pawket Club partnerships, subject to mutual agreement and written confirmation.
A vendor may be marked inactive, hidden, or unavailable if there is no meaningful platform activity, outdated pricing or schedules, non-response, repeated booking rejection, business closure, or failure to update required documents. PawketPlace may require updated business information, service availability confirmation, licence documents, insurance details, or other checks before reactivation.
