PawketPlace is responsible for operating the platform, enabling bookings, supporting payment administration, providing marketplace tools, and helping administer platform-related issues such as booking records, refund reviews, complaints, and provider account reviews.
No. PawketPlace is not a veterinary clinic, emergency service, or diagnostic tool. Our insights, reminders, and educational resources are designed to help you observe changes, keep better records, and make more informed conversations with your vet. They do not replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If your pet seems unwell or may need urgent care, please contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.
Before confirming a booking, please review the provider’s service description, price, date, time, location, cancellation policy, requirements, and suitability for your pet.
Unless otherwise stated in the booking details, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel, request to reschedule, arrive too late, or fail to attend within 24 hours of the appointment, the booking may be treated as chargeable and may be non-refundable.
If a provider cancels or is unable to fulfil the booking, PawketPlace may assist with refund facilitation, rescheduling, or suggesting alternatives, subject to availability.
For service-related issues, you should first contact the provider. If the issue relates to a platform booking, payment, refund, dispute, complaint, or serious incident, you may contact PawketPlace support. PawketPlace may monitor provider performance and may suspend, restrict, remove, or review providers based on complaints, ratings, incident reports, cancellation patterns, responsiveness, refund rates, or other platform activity.
If your pet is unwell, injured, in distress, rapidly deteriorating, or requires urgent care, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.
